Whiteboard Heart Maps – Scribble & Erase

KEY FEATURES

Scribble and erase for repeated use

Available in any requested cardiac anatomical structure

Pairs with our electrophysiology and cardiology simulators

Single-piece reusable model; no replaceable components

Category:

Reusable 3D cardiac anatomy maps with a whiteboard-like surface for planning simulation exercises, teaching anatomy and procedural concepts, and demonstrating manoeuvres. Available in any requested cardiac anatomical structure, they allow clinicians to draw, erase and revise routes, lesion sets, targets and annotations. Models are generic and non-patient-specific: for education and simulation only, never for clinical planning or patient care.

WHAT CAN BE PRACTISED

Plan simulation exercises and lesion sets

Compare procedural approaches

Demonstrate catheter and ablation manoeuvres

TRAINING SETTINGS

EP and cardiology simulation labs

Clinical teaching and team briefings

Device training and workshops

EDUCATIONAL VALUE

Visualise 3D anatomy and procedural concepts

Compare approaches on identical anatomy

Reuse for group teaching and debriefing

INTENDED TRAINING APPLICATION

Simulation exercise planning

Cardiac anatomy teaching

Lesion-set and pathway demonstration

Catheter manoeuvre explanation

Team discussion and debriefing

USAGE AND LIFESPAN

REUSABLE

DRY-ERASE SURFACE

Draw, erase and redraw for repeated sessions.

CUSTOM

ANATOMY OPTIONS

Produced in the cardiac structure required.

USED IN CLINICAL RESEARCH

Used in a 2025 EHRA Congress cross-sectional survey in which 25 physicians with first-operator AF ablation experience drew PVI, roof, floor and mitral isthmus lesion sets on the same 150%-scale left atrial map. The exercise demonstrated marked inter-operator variation in lesion placement, showing the value of a shared physical anatomy for teaching and discussion.

25

PHYSICIANS

All had first-operator AF ablation experience.

PWI AREA VARIATION

Posterior-wall area ranged from 9 to 36 cm².

>2×

TOTAL AREA VARIATION

Total area ranged from 40.25 to 82.25 cm².
